Chuck Burkhart

Charles D. “Chuck” Burkhart joined Kansas Asphalt in 2016 as the Senior Vice President of Business Development and Corporate Strategy. Chuck was a key part of the development of Kansas Asphalt's Texas Pavement division, as well as national account development.   In 2019, Chuck became Executive Vice President of Kansas Asphalt’s Texas operations. Chuck has more than 40 years of operational, sales, marketing and senior leadership experience with both domestic and international companies. 

He received his degree in Education from The Pennsylvania State University, where as quarterback he helped lead the football team to two undefeated seasons.

Chuck started in the pavement business with a summer job in college working for Allegheny County, PA, fixing potholes.
